Online CouNSELING

All of my sessions are held through telehealth in a video conferencing format. I have found that virtual sessions are beneficial in many ways including that my clients can log onto their sessions from the comfort of their homes or even on the go.

My practice is based in Austin, but I can see clients from anywhere in the state of Texas. It is important to me that our sessions are convenient, consistent, and tailored to your needs.

I work with individual clients using talk and exposure therapy from research-based approaches. Every client is unique, so I don’t believe that one theory works for everyone. With my couples clients, I work from the Gottman Method which involves customizing the principles to fit each couple’s particular patterns and challenges.

It is important that we are a good match and that you feel comfortable. That is why I offer a free 15 minute intake call to all potential clients before we schedule our first session.
